Teodomiro is a lawyer, holds a degree in political science, and a doctorate in jurisprudence from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador. He also has a master's degree in intellectual property law from the University of the Americas (UDLA) and is a mediator accredited by the Judicial Council.

Teodomiro is a founding partner of MARKLAW and TRM Abogados, business-oriented firms distinguished by their personalized and loyal client service, always prioritizing their best interests. In his professional practice, Teodomiro has accumulated over 20 years of extensive experience in intellectual property and regulatory law.

In academics, Teodomiro has been a teacher for more than 16 years at the University of the Americas (UDLA) and the Hemispheres University (UHE), currently, in addition to being a teacher, he has been Dean of the Law Career at UHE.

At MRV he is the director of the Property Area and his practice is limited to matters of intellectual property, civil, labor, corporate and regulatory law.
